Elizabeth "Liz" Morgan (born 7th February, 1930) is a Welsh actress, writer, director, and teacher who did many female character voices for Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons including those of Destiny Angel, Rhapsody Angel and Harmony Angel.

Morgan also had an uncredited role in another of Gerry Anderson's programmes Joe 90 where she voiced Dorina Cordova in the installment Viva Cordova.

In 2017, when Captain Scarlet was celebrating it's 30th anniversary, three new audio novels were released with Morgan reprising her female character voice roles alongside Wayne Forrester who had previously voiced Captain Scarlet in 2005's New Captain Scarlet, providing all the male character voices.

Morgan has also written a variety of books and radio plays and has many other television roles.

She is one of two cast members from the original Captain Scarlet series to still be alive with the other being Gary Files.
